Vacuum evaporators
The vacuum evaporator is used in the fruit and vegetable industry and is designed for the production of jams, marmalades and the processing of tomatoes into puree, ketchup and juice. The heating part of the evaporator is divided into two sections, upper and lower, which allows for energy-efficient cooking and thickening of any portions of products. The capacity of the device is approx. 100 kg of fruit per hour.
